Irrespective of the skills, experience the respective employee will be judged based on any random person opinion and feedback. No cross check or discussion will happen. The old team was really good

New Supervisor are all very selfish They support their neighbours and put pressure on those who work. I feel Axis Bank should protect its staff from these people as it happened with me and it can happen with anyone else too. When I was in the hospital, I gave all my business to my neighbor who never brought any business himself, due to this I got termination
