The process trainer and soft skill trainer are good and the company environment is also good if we face any problem or making any mistake while doing our job the concern team will gives us a feedback

Some TL are good and rest of TL don't have manners how to talk with an agent They everytime just shout to the agent for increasing the sales and revenue but they did not audit their calls or give the feedback to agent so they can improve yourself most of the team leaders don't have proper process knowledge if we ask any concern to them they just told redirect the customer to branch. And they did not appreciate thier agent for doing a good work If I talk about the pulsate briefing I was working in this company from last 6 months and from the joining date till the resign I listened same briefing no update, no improvement feedback nothing...Read More
