Axis bank holds a very strict rules, restrictions and regulations. They only look for the business metrics having no concern about the employees. Even the dress colour that we wear also decided by the company. Need to make daily clean shave no trimming accepted. No leaves granted any time. If we ask for mandate unplanned leave they will issue a memo. Toxic work culture.

Dislikes

Axis bank doesn’t have a proper heirarchy. The management is not good. They doesn’t provide service to the customers but always wants to get the business from the customer.

Worst work culture, senior people Don't consider the efforts and promote people who are recommend by local manager. This big organization Don't have proper system to recognize efforts of employees. They go with local managers recommendations.
