Cross selling is too much , mostly life insurance ,as higher level people thinking is that bank employees are robot not human ... We can take as much as work from employees in the term of generate more and more business ( life insurance revenue to bank ) No professionlism , managers does not think before speaking . However equal pressure they get from their seniors too
