This is private bank and work culture are almost same in all private bank. If you perform, you will get all benefit. Cross sell is very important part of work. So you have to be good sales man. Every week Life insurance and general insurance drive, account FD, mf. Some time you will feel like lets resign from job but if you do one life insurance policy your decision for resignation will change. Worst bank and worst banking environment of this bank all employees are treated as slave and doesn't matter what he is working in working time he has to complete their target anyhow otherwise he or she would be treated as inferior in branch premises. Each and every supervisor think he is the good for their colleagues and coworker.
