As per ADM Role Asset Disbursement through Branch Team and Align with Relationship Officers of Various Vertical Team But Here Continuous Pressure on LI,GI, Accounts,CASA ,No support from Branch People for Asset Leads that is very poor. In Axis Bank ADM Role plays Least Preferred by Branch Team up to Top Level.
