Dislikes

I think the companies reputation is depends on their senior employees. I mean how they treat to junior or newly join employees. Some senior employees behavior towards the other employees and L1 employees should be good because they are the one who put all the efforts. The core company members should have control on such employees who worked as boss and not good behavior towards their employees.

The learning in Aviva was awesome so far but not sure of the future.. Aviva values are truly great..

Dislikes

The increments for support functions is very poor.. Bureaucracy and baisness is at all time high, exceptions have become a part of life here and company values are just for the record and only seem to follow it.

Work Details

Managing 1\4 of the company manpower with no support.. Assigned responsibilty is beyond individual bandwith.. Managing the entire employee life cycle with anything and everything related to it.. Work has become to hectic with possible no work life balance
