This has been worst company i have been seen in IT industry. First they cheated as when they're hiring as telling direct payroll to company but it not they're are third party payroll. Still I agree but when salary day comes they will give all excuses we need to beg them for salary form 5th of every month till they credit. They don'thave PF account to credit to employees I was working from last 10months but did not get salary on time and PF one time as well. Still I am calling they to close my account but they did not and not receiving call. Worst company...Read More

no support from management. Hold of employee salary for 3-6 months and finally will be paid of your salary and will be fired next day without any reason.

Dislikes

from management to work culture everything is crap in this company. office politics, Managers attitude, not paying salaries for months and finally paying half of salary and firing the employees on urgent basis

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
