Work Life Balance: The work pressure is minimal, and the workload is never overwhelming. Since there are no projects. No Excessive Workload: There are no strict deadlines. People work randomly.

Lack of Learning Opportunities: No Guidance from seniors, and they lack technical knowledge. Micro-Management: Employees are monitored closely, including by CEO. Strict Work Timings: Limited Coffee breaks. and salaries are deducted for insufficient working hours. Poor Salary Hikes: Salary increment are extremely low, and perks are non-existent. No Recognition: Hard work is not acknowledged and been taken by seniors, mostly by Architects. Limited Exposure: The company only focuses on performance monitoring.
