Work Life Balance: The work pressure is minimal, and the workload is never overwhelming. Since there are no projects. No Excessive Workload: There are no strict deadlines. People work randomly.

...Limited Coffee breaks. and salaries are deducted for insufficient working hours. Poor Salary Hikes: Salary increment are extremely low, and perks are non-existent. No Recognition: Hard work is not acknowledged and been taken by seniors, mostly by Architects. Limited Exposure: The company only focuses on performance monitoring. Undefined Roles: Developers often end up working as testers. roles are not well-defined. Incompetent Leadership: Senior Technical Architects and Technical Architects lack proper knowledge. Failed Project Management: Certain individuals, such as B**********, have failed in project execution but still holding key positions. Don't know how!

5 Days Work from Office at Bangalore office. It is becoming trouble traveling in Bangalore traffic. Huge pollution and damaging my health.
