From time to time, here we plan different events like team-building activities, learning sessions, chances to connect with others, and fun outing. These events help make our work environment friendly and interesting. I truly enjoy these events, like my other team mates.

I think, company should consider updating their leave policy because right now, there's no separation for different types of leaves. Making clear categories could help make things more organized.

Likes

We often have townhall meetings where we learn about company updates. It helps us stay informed. Besides, we have wellness sessions designed for us. These sessions are all about taking care of our well-being, and I personally think that they truly bring a lot of value.
