I really appreciated how we all come together and enjoy even and little things. In the office, we celebrate birthdays with cakes and gifts from the company. Plus, every Friday, we get snacks from the company, and its fun to enjoy them together as at team.

Dislikes

I think it would be nice to have some additional fun activities around.

Company work culture is good. Exposure on various areas w.r.t. Technologies and other skills is good. Colleagues are helpful. Management line is very technical and understanding If you do a good job or good work, you are rewarded. Pay scale is very good as compared to other companies.Internal hikes are awesome.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
