Good place to improve skills and knowledge

Very poor work life balance Micro managing the employees Toxic environment Sleepless work They will fire you anytime No job security They will check your personals like whatsapp, personal mail, Files, etc.. in your mobile phone when you are leaving from the company. They will hire huge students in campus interview. But few only cross the first month.

No work life balance Too much pressure and micro managing peoples not in every team but there are some evil eyes in some team. Sleepless work . Too much of Politics . Every minute you have to think about the firing . adutha nimisham nichayam illatha vazhka..... When you have to leave from that company , you have to show your phone , and they will even check your snapchat, fb , insta ,whatsapp and personal gallery tooo . Very very worst .
