Since last few months company has upgrated its policy like PF/ESIC Benefits. Salary date has been changed to 7th every month. So many employee engagement activity has been started.

It's a pathetic company to work with .very dirty and toxic environment..staff are treated like waste by mr sudip (MD) and mr Gopi ( head of finance).. salaries are kept on hold and deducted to 50% without any intimation. If you wish to work for this organisation you have to be ready to be working as a donkey. No growth prospects or recognition in the company. Mr Sudip the md of company speaks in abusive language even to female staff .they deal in cash transactions with a bookings and work culture is very poor and insufficient...please NVR think of joining this company even if this the last job left. 0 out of 10 score....Read More
