This is just a fraud company only wants sales as a HR they first tell me that your work is not for sales only recruiting then after completion of my probation period and daily task completion. They said they will start my salary when candidate I hire will start to sale. It's completely fraud.

They just take your advantage. I have hired almost 30 candidates during my probation period after that they asked for sales initially they said HR doesn't needs to so sales but when I ask for salary start they ask me to do sales.

All my efforts, time , money and energy went in vain . I invested my time and hardwork for nothing . I gave about 18k sales in my probation period as a sales executive for which I got nothing at all . Then I gave around 15k sales as a team leader in my first month of onboarding for which I got nothing at all too . They didn't paid my salary . Not even any reimbursement or compensation, Nothing . There is nothing in this company to give a like. They are actually taking advantage of the job seeker. For proof you could see in Apna Jobs portals go and search for work from home jobs, you will find several ads of this company which they actually not post by their own they say or force the people who are selected for the job rolls and they say them use their own money for posting the jobs ads for the company. There is nothing like interview they create an environment so that the people get trapped in their tricks. they say you for having 2 sell in a week for selection in their company. And most of the people get trapped for this, people start to see in their relatives and their friend circle for having 2 sell and they make the 2 sells and the company get the money and after that the person think he got selected but actually he made fool by the company.
