The cooperation shown by HR is marvellous. In different situations, I have approached HR. I have been influenced by the empathy shown by this team. It goes beyond its way to understand the situation of an employee. I am lucky to have access to this department that understand me, no matter what.

Dislikes

During my training, I learned many things, mostly being new to me. It was a great initiative but it ended shortly. Its span could have been longer.

The work environment of a company is actually a reflection of it. Observing closely, I see that this company's environment is fantastic. It has strongly positive energy flowing in. The kind of people hired matters and the staff here is good. They keep the atmosphere cool by being genuine towards one another.

My probation period has been longer than I expected. I have fewer leaves during this period. Sick leaves could have been provided more generously.

I keep myself dedicated to every piece of work. No doubt why the clients are so satisfied with this company. They get the best quality services since that is the central aspect focused on.

I am happy that this company pays attention to the requests made it by employees. It's just that fulfilling them takes just a bit longer.

Incredible benefits are available here for employees. The training programs made my onboarding easier. Working here has been smooth because of an equipped team. The team is passionate, knowledgeable, and skilful. My colleagues are good to learn from. I look up to them because of their nature as well.

Although it is temporary, the existing network connection should be replaced with a better and faster one.

communicating with company's top management is just so seamless. Its expectations from me are always practical, along with being easily attainable. This is because of the realistic approach that the management of Aurigo has accepted. It lets me grow and develop professionally and I don't feel overwhelmed at all. By giving me manageable work, a good office life is promoted.

There are certain clients who have very clear guidelines. For a few, more clarity is needed.

I have learned to work on challenging projects here. Initially, I used to feel less confident about these. My reporting manager, however, consistently made me feel confident. Definitely, I built more confidence here but also learned to a great extent. Now, I take the initiative to work on such projects for consistent learning and higher confidence.

Dislikes

The office facilities are satisfactory but I wish there was a nap room available for the employees.
