There is nothing much to dislike. small issues can come up but if i aware the arrangement about it then everything is sorted.

There are many special moments at Aurigo that I happily tell others. I have celebrated many milestone with my work family. Sometimes, we have celebrated special occasions outside the premises. Every outing has-been fun with my colleagues. My experience has been full of joy. I am expecting more such moments in the upcoming times.

Dislikes

At times, the entire team is not required in meetings. Yet, it is required to sit throughout the discussion.

Depending on the team you work with, your productivity surely receives an impact. The team at Aurigo Software Technologies is just like that. It is my luck to work with them. This organization has formed a group of sharp, talented, and very positive-minded people. They excel in everything they do. I am learning to be positive with them and also getting to enhance my capabilities.

Only a few times, there have been delays in task delegation.

Access to best facilities has been given within and near the office. The small outlets outside the office are not free to access but its still convenient for me to have ready access to them. If I talk about of those within the premises , there is huge area where I can recreate myself, have lunch with the team, manage meetings etc.

Dislikes

Urgent client queries can bother you a little but that's part of the work.

Aurigo's managers politely connect with teams, irrespective of what the matter is. They know how to communicate everything while maintaining a polite tone. So, in every instance, the respect of employees is kept in mind. I look forward to learning this communication skill from the managers. It will help me associate better with my fellow colleagues.

The punching machine for attendance doesn't work well at times. I have to punch in a few times to mark my attendance.

Giving recognition to employees is really very considerate of Aurigo. I've been provided with it twice. After working in a few other offices, this practice of recognition makes a huge difference. It has indicated to me that I am going in the right direction at work. My morale has increased and I can confidently proceed in this direction.

I get to work with international clients but it comes with certain challenges.

The organization is good with the employees. Whether it is about a professional code of conduct or assigning duties. the organization is completely familiar with all the things and processes. I have come a long way working here. This has been due to how aurigo has been managing everything. I would love to work here for more years if the same is maintained by the organization

The seating arrangement should be better for easier interaction with the team members.
