A lot of facilities are available that make it enjoyable to work here. The systems are kept up to date so that work does not get hampered. There are proper rooms for meetings and conferences. An are has been allocated for eating and enjoying refreshments. The furniture is good enough and I can comfortably work throughout the day.

Dislikes

The office is not located so close to my place. There should be effective transportation services for such employees.

I have been working in a very positive environment in this company. The people i work with are positive minded There are times when our opinions do not fall in the same line of thought But even then, They take new ideas very positively. I feel Comfortable discussing work with them.

The environment of this organization is the most satisfying for me. I like the employees who come from really good backgrounds. Their experiences somehow help me as well to work here. Besides, they are always guiding me. If I need any piece of advice from them, they never disappoint me. It has been wonderful working at this organization because of these employees.

Good amenities have been provided to the team. I can work without sacrificing my comfort because of the updated infrastructure. My work is always seamless because of the good system setups. This office has a cafeteria too. It is maintained in a nice way, keeping hygiene in mind. With such amenities available, it is more enjoyable to work.

Some employees are there who may go on urgent leaves. Due to this, work requirements can get delayed.

There are many benefits of working at this organization. First of all, I can engage in a variety of task. My job never seems to be monotonous. The teams are very cooperative in every instance. They are also superbly understanding. We share positive experiences. Especially at festive gatherings, it is great to celebrate with my colleagues.

For big occasions, more leaves are needed, mainly on the following days. HR should think about this.

A very big team is working at this office. Every employee needs opportunities to be able to grow. Even when so many people are there, they also get fair opportunities. I have also personally experienced this. Another thing that I like is we have both males and females working. Aurigo surely believes in the potential of every person.

I have been a part of Aurigo for many years. During the lockdown, I started my position. It was extremely comfortable to work. Presently, the same aspect has been ensured. I work from the office where every required facility is available. Interacting with the team is also enjoyable. The founders talk to the team too and the sessions are always motivating.

Deadlines for some tasks are relaxed. For others also, this should be done.

I found a balanced work-life after joining this company there is no doubt that a lot of projects are available. Multiple requirements are there to be ensured. Despite all of these, my personal life has never been disturbed. I see many people coming and leaving on time.

Learning comes naturally when you work with experienced people. This office has some of the most experienced employees. Their knowledge surprises me as well. Working in their company, I have also become better informed than before. It remains fixed and is devoid of any kind of confusion. Due to this, I can come to the office and quickly start my work.
