When such are the managers, I have no worries. There are many saviours for anything and everything. I count on them for my holistic approach in the company.

The cooperation shown by HR is marvellous. In different situations, I have approached HR. I have been influenced by the empathy shown by this team. It goes beyond its way to understand the situation of an employee. I am lucky to have access to this department that understand me, no matter what.

During my training, I learned many things, mostly being new to me. It was a great initiative but it ended shortly. Its span could have been longer.

My probation period has been longer than I expected. I have fewer leaves during this period. Sick leaves could have been provided more generously.

The managers at this office look after a number of procedures. It is a result of their activeness that everything is accomplished transparently. This transparency is maintained in office, regardless of anything. It lets me have full faith in the management. The employees are kept in the loop for all important things.

The management should consider increasing provisions like sick leaves. It can be quite a relief to get fully healthy prior to returning back to work.

Aurigo has best vibes. The environment is vibrant almost everyday. As the team member has expanded, there are birthday celebrations every now and then. Work anniversaries are never missed out. It is fun to attend these gatherings. I've got to know many colleagues through these. i will be completing a year at Aurigo.

I have a long list of things that I like here. Work-life balance is the best in this company. I've never been affected by the workload. It is usually low. It is good in terms of HR policies. Attendance and leave are managed well. Then it goes without saying that the HR DEPT. is nice too.

How you communicate and present yourself in an office really matters. I've improved myself in both areas at Aurigo. These are my greatest learnings in this office. I feel like I am more professional and I have a long way to go.

Everything is good except for the fact that I have a desk job. I wish there was a well-equipped gym for some physical activities in between my shifts.
