I have been working in a very positive environment in this company. The people i work with are positive minded There are times when our opinions do not fall in the same line of thought But even then, They take new ideas very positively. I feel Comfortable discussing work with them.

It has been some months since i completed the probation period. During the probation and afterward, I saw no major challenges. Even senior engineers are guided Because Aurigo understands every new employee needs direction

This may not qualify to be a con but i have not been able to make friends here.

Projects are one of the best things in this organization. The clients are quite esteemed and from varied backgrounds. When i work for them, I get variety of things to learn. The office does not feel boring as well because of this

Healthy benefits are less. My managers are not always understanding they also have high expectations which i am unable to fulfill sometimes.

I did have good skills and a nice experience in this field. As i joined here, I got to work on numerous projects. The clients are varied so it was more fun to work on different projects.

The cafeteria is not good. A few mangers are stricter than i had expected. The work deadline is also somewhat tough to complete

Altough i've not been here for numbers of years, i've observed that the management is helpful. I was having some difficulties when i was given multiple tasks. usually , I like to complete one and then start the other work gradually, with the suggestions of the management, I was able to adjust better

Before covid , we used to do many gatherings in the office . Things have slightly changed now
