The cooperation shown by HR is marvellous. In different situations, I have approached HR. I have been influenced by the empathy shown by this team. It goes beyond its way to understand the situation of an employee. I am lucky to have access to this department that understand me, no matter what.

During my training, I learned many things, mostly being new to me. It was a great initiative but it ended shortly. Its span could have been longer.

Incredible benefits are available here for employees. The training programs made my onboarding easier. Working here has been smooth because of an equipped team. The learning curve is very high since it is a start-up that designs capital management software and customizes its products. The soft skills will be required so much though you're into just technical roles. Leadership is developed since you will handle roles alone.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is poor. Since the company is headquartered in the US, on-site and on-shore connections demand work post 8 pm or at least until 8 pm. There's no variable pay for the extra efforts you put forward. Salary and hikes are less too.
