Dislikes

Management, no benefits, work as if you earn the profits but u won't get any, and probably will have keep asking for increment. You will finally be offered the increment only when you resign. Also the salary is paid on or after 15th, and may get delayed to 21st-22nd. Most companies pay it by 5th or earlier even.
