Likes

I have been with Aspire for past 4 years. Its great place to start your career if you are a fresher. They will train you in latest technologies with good mentors. Annual gifts, leave compensations and etc. Once you are allocated into project you will handling all the in and out of the projects. Job security is good.

Dislikes

Team mates are really good and helpful. But managers and onsite coordinators will play games when it comes to allocation or if they want to save their reputation. I faced this situation. :(

Work Details

I am working as a Dell Boomi Integration developer.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
