There is a lot!! Which I didn't like, but my boss was very supportive. Even I was top performer, still laid off in Camprasion to the non prefomer.

Over all good organization in terms of work culture but not even an average in terms of compensations, can recommend freshers to start their career if lucky to find a good boss can grow and promote for next level within a time period of 2 years.

Dislikes

Slow Growth in terms of compensations and Promotions. It's a KPO but sometimes feels like working in a call center which should be changed.

It was good working with Arvato, adobt and gained several skills in my tenure of 3.4 years but unfortunately unsatisfied in terms of growth and compensation.

They follow MNC culture and work timings, along with monthly party’s which i liked the most here

Dislikes

The only thing which I disliked about this company was that they do not provide sufficient product knowledge and whatever product knowledge they provide is only 10% relevant to the work assigned. And you would require to work for at least 4 to 5 yrs to get a promotion here

Working as team member was my good experience, and Projects in which I was working was good exposure for me especially in IT Sector.

Dislikes

Upper Management including Operational Manager and HR Head all are not concern about making Mumbai branch office a progressive and growing place. They test new projects in Mumbai and when it get success, they move that projects and process in Gurgoan Head Office of Arvato, which is not a good sign for development of Mumbai branch Because of such things Mumbai employees has to loose the job of no process for Mumbai office...Read More

Only team members are supportive and caring, but if you talk about Management and HR they are not doing anything to grow the process or business . Future prospect is totally Zero in Mumbai office
