1. Pays well. 30k in-hand for a fresher. 2. Good incentives once you understand the process and successfully hire candidates. Depending upon your luck incentives may start as early as 6 months from your date of deployment. 3. Hybrid role with Monday as permanent Work From Home. If there's a holiday on Monday the WFH will move to thenext day. 4. Pick up and drop is available. 5. Lunch and midnight snacks are there. 6. 1. No one informed us before that they can fire us anytime. During training or after training. Even after you are selected, you have to go through the training process and clear assessments for 2 months to get deployed. 2. Pathetic company culture. No respect among employees. The HR manager sitting in Noida is the worst of them all.Frequent allegations of physical affairs among trainer and floor manager. 3. No fix time to leave. In a shift of 9 hours you are expected to work for at least 9.5 to 10 hours. 4. Useless admin. No proper Cab arrangements. Cab will come to pick you up 1 hour before office time even when the location is only 20 minutes away. Basically the admin is so lazy that they don't group people from same locality and 2-3 will be assigned for 1 locality which will pick up from the whole city. 5. Lunch is provided but the quality is not that great. After a point you will bring your own lunch from home. Even the canteen has very limited options and you won't get anything healthy. 6. Too much work stress. Until you are perfect you will have wayyy too much work stress. 7. Frequent hire and fire, no security and this is basically a sales position. Training which used to be good earlier but now it is not the same they are having program for mentorship which is even worst as they use all new associate Recruiters who are hired to source and give candidate to their mentors although it is good way to learn but there is no learning in this process as the Technical Recruiter is the person who makes the string and the new person only perform calling work if they get candidate then good if not they will be scolded for this....Read More

Extended working hours, not good clients, you can not even take holiday if you wish to, too much pressure. Please do not go to this organisation as they will not give you any experience letter relieving letter. You will be working even on Saturday and Sunday. No work life balance and favouritism is also there in this organisation. Please make career in domestic recruitment do not go to this company ever. Your efforts does not matter to them they only focus on retaining there old employees even if they are not working sincerely....Read More
