Nothing much, it's just they focus on Learning & Development.

Dislikes

Manager's are very rude, & if you ask for leave than it's a high chance that you'll be fired, talking about WORK LIFE BALANCE, they'll make sure you're life become's a living hell either they'll put you in PIP or terminate you on any randomly without prior information. Don't even tryna go to HR, they won't be able to help you out. They'll ask u to pay money for releasing essential documents.

Toxic work culture If you are someone who know employee rights, you will be considered as lazy because you will not like working overtime without any extra pay. Managers are worried about only their target There is no particular team which is not good. Entire organisation is about this only and the HRBP is spineless and voiceless and they cannot take these complaints.
