Depending upon your luck incentives may start as early as 6 months from your date of deployment. 3. Hybrid role with Monday as permanent Work From Home. 1. No one informed us before that they can fire us anytime. During training or after training. Even after you are selected, you have to go through the training process and clear assessments for 2 months to get deployed. 2. Pathetic company culture. No respect among employees. The HR manager sitting in Noida is the worst of them all.Frequent allegations of physical affairs among trainer and floor manager. 3. No fix time to leave. In a shift of 9 hours you are expected to work for at least 9.5 to 10 hours. 4. Useless admin. No proper Cab arrangements. Cab will come to pick you up 1 hour before office time even when the location is only 20 minutes away. Basically the admin is so lazy that they don't group people from same locality and 2-3 will be assigned for 1 locality which will pick up from the whole city. 5. Lunch is provided but the quality is not that great. After a point you will bring your own lunch from home. Even the canteen has very limited options and you won't get anything healthy. 6. Too much work stress. Until you are perfect you will have wayyy too much work stress. 7. Frequent hire and fire, no security and this is basically a sales position. I would not say company is bad, people who make it bad, I would not work certain people again in my whole life after seeing how they have treated me beeing in thier team for soo long.

Dislikes

Again I would not say as whole, people make it worst environment. People dont leave company, people leave a toxic lead or toxic environment what that lead has created n make you feel that your contribution is not worth.
