Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I worked with ARDEM Dec 2023 to Sep 2024, Everything was very good. Supporting team.

Dislikes

I dislike only one thing there is no job security because I faced the issue in October 2024. I was working with ARDEM and suddenly they fixed a meeting and told all the colouges that's the project was end there is no more work wait for next project. I request to ARDEM please provide some notice period because we all are depend on you.

I really don't know what to say. One only good thing is you can work while sitting at your home cause they provide fully WFH full time but only if you're comfortable with US shifts.

Dislikes

Team leaders are not supportive and you have to perform so many extra tasks that is not included in your work and you you're not getting paid for it like taking so many screenshots as a proof and then send them to your TL with proper explanation that why you did this, this and all. I worked here for almost 9 months and my overall experience wasn't good.
