There is no proper process. All work is manual. They believe in hire and fire policy. There is no scope for development. Don't have insurance for employees. Salary and increments are very low. Manager don't give respect to employees. There is only one manager. He plays politics all the time. He don't have any knowledge. He is HR and involved in production activities.
