This is a good place to work provided you are working under a good manager/product. There are so many products which are just put under maintenance or services work. So avoid working under those.

Dislikes

Few managers under services focus just on process regardless of the deadlines.

Good and open culture with open-minded people across the organization. Easy to approach management and leadership teams. Good teammates and excellent architect with a lot of innovative ideas.

Dislikes

Salaries/appraisals won't be great but just decent. No abroad opportunities.
