No other company is even comparable to Appsierra in terms of work and personal life balance. It's really good and work culture is great. Leave policy, Medical Health Insurance, work environment, work from home, etc are very good facilities to employees

Company has cool work environment made by each person in the company. I never see any work pushed to other teams, rather we help each other and goal is to resolve issue asap. Management is very open for our ideas and accept if it hit the mark

The management was so supportive initially when I was a fresher. A lot of interactive sessions used to happen in order to built the required bond with our colleagues. The trainers and management were also super cool and supportive

There is no job security, unrealistic targets, and no opportunities for skill development. There's no chance to chat with colleagues In the WFH setting, and the seniors, managers, and even the founder seem emotionless. It feels like the company only cares about money.
