There are so many wonderful things about working for the Appsierra. My favorite is probably the flexibility I have with my working hours. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. Team is also very supportive.

There is nothing that I dislike here as they are improving there selves day by day. They are taking efforts to make working culture better for their employees.

There's no chance to chat with colleagues In the WFH setting, and the seniors, managers, and even the founder seem emotionless. It feels like the company only cares about money. They will hire you as an intern and will expect the work of an associate out of you, which is somewhat fine but when the time comes for a PPO, they will terminate you by stating that the productivity is low or sometimes won't give you any reason. This company is lead by some man-child people. They will treat you like a digital labour. The most important thing is that they hire on the behalf of someone's religion also, which is disappointing considering the kind of world we are living in.
