Well when i came in anlage it was very tough to handle the work as it was very quick and fast but it was very difficult for me to catch up with my teammates but when i get to understand the work pattern then i m very use to with my work..

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
