Rahul Arondekar- Worst Manager. Rahul Arondekar is the worst manager i had ever worked with. More than 20 employees has left his team. I will highly recommend everyone not to join his team as he will make your life so hell, he will torture you everyday, he is going to mentally harass you everyday. My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
