Behaviour of the HRs were so bad...they have most worst policy ever. How to get a job offer from this company irrespective of any educational background they'll hire you... Interview questions are what's your name, DOB, which location you prefer then they send a english assessment which a class 4 kid can solve it with a full marks...after 1 week of the assessment the recruiter gonna call you and say congratulations you are hired. AND NOW THE COMPANY'S GAME BEGINS...::If you get a job offer from this company then don't be happy coz after your joining date they will start verifying your documents and also gonna start to find 101 reasons to TERMINATE you...They by any how you survive their verification then they will start a process of making you a robot...But if find you that you're a slow learner then also they will TERMINATE you... FYI "TERMINATE" doesn't means spot resignation which every normal company does...it means when you reach office in the morning, they'll call you in the HR's room and then tell you surprise you're fired and take your ID...they won't listen to you at all...POV: If you want a secured career then DO NOT join this company and if you want a risk then you're free to go......Read More

Rather encouraging with promotions or salary hikes they give threat for termination. All the time they say we will terminate you. Even on of the trainer has said that I love terminating people, "I LOVE TO FIRE PEOPLE". pathetic work culture. The cab service which they provide, if cab driver misbehaves with you it is your fault and not the cab driver's fault. The HR head takes cab drivers side.

I am struggling to find anything positive about this company. Although they provide a cab facility, there’s no proper monitoring of the number of passengers in each cab, making it uncomfortable and potentially unsafe. The cafeteria is inadequate, with no vendors and only 12 seats to accommodate 240 employees, which creates constant overcrowding. Additionally, the washrooms are unhygienic, and the lift situation feels as chaotic as Rajeev Chowk metro station, constantly packed and poorly managed. The water dispensers are often unclean. This company has been incredibly disappointing for experienced professionals like myself. In my six years of work experience, I have never encountered an organization quite like this one. The environment and practices here are discouraging, and it doesn’t align with what I would expect from a company that values skilled and experienced employees.
