The work -life balance is Great and flexible .Stable management ,Roles are well defined , Employee Engagement Process ,I always felt that I am in good hands ,learnt a lot .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
