One thing I don't like is that there isn't enough focus on fun at team activities. There should be at least one fun activity each week to help refresh our minds. Another issue is the lack of salary growth. There doesn't seem to be much opportunity for salary increases, which can be discouraging in the long run. I believe more opportunities for growth and better work-life balance would really help improve the overall experience....Read More

The atmosphere in the office is friendly, the staff in the animation and edit tram are supportive, for some improvement in the work sessions are held once in a while, specially for the creative department, and at the end of the year he is rewarded by the company on performance basis, taking long leave once a year is never a problem as the leave is approved by adjusting the workload of the rest of the manager and colleagues in the department...Read More

The working culture here is very positive and encouraging. I have a very great team and they always offer a helping hand when in need. Always a positive aura and surrounding. The organization provides a promising future ahead with great opportunities to grow professionally as well as personally. Job flexibility is also a great plus point as it offers work from home roles as well.

Goldmine has a well structured remote culture that ensures remote employee feel as much as a part of the team as those in office.
