Low Appraisal During Bond Period: Appraisals are very low during the bond period, which can be demotivating for employees. 3. Delayed Appraisal Process: Although appraisals are scheduled for April, the process often extends until July, with arrears paid out in August. This delay can affect financial planning and morale. 4. Internal Politics: There is a significant amount of internal politics, with a tendency to blame individuals rather than addressing and solving problems collaboratively. 5.
