Work policy: Whenever Founder is in office I am well informed in advance to come to office.

To everyone reading this, their hiring hierarchy especially the managerial level is pathetic and they are shallow people, in fact they just need good looking and pretty girls and skills doesn't matter for them and this is the main highlighting hiring feature for "vertoz".
