- It is an absolute authoritarian culture and you will feel it a lot while you are there. It is a highly trust deficit culture. They treat their employees poorly- extremely strict rules, zero flexibility in terms of what time you can come and go, even in extreme conditions no work from home even for a day. Very Hitler like. - Managers like to keep an eye on you and follow you wherever you go. They will call you if at all you are not at your desk for more than 10 minutes. - Atleast 70-80% employees are unhappy and this makes the working environment extremely negative. This also impacts your mental health a lot. - In most cases, if you choose to work here, this job will teach you a lot. When you move on from here, this will teach you to never accept toxic people and toxic culture ever again.
