Few good employees make it easier to stay here. And company gives a chance to the freshers, however at a very low pay.
Low pay, compared to the industry standards. No clear management on what has to be done by whom, it becomes chaotic somtimes. Office politics is really horrible, atleast I experienced it.

1.Below average salaries 2.Too much politics, favouritism and narcissistic seniors. 3.No work life balance 4.No growth opportunities, no professionalism, unethical practices. 5.Highly unfair appraisals are conducted, for which management can't be blamed because the senior staff who serve as mediators engage in office politics. To succeed, you either have to befriend them or flatter them. Hard work often does not lead to good appraisals. I personally saw few people knew about there promotions 3-4 months prior to the cycle though they didn't work. No wonder how management doesn't realise why clients are leaving and attrition is increasing exponentially. 6. Lack of respect for employees: No matter how hard you work, your value won't be recognized unless you befriend certain group-centric leaders who will overhype your contributions. This dynamic undermines genuine effort, leading to frustration among dedicated employees who feel their hard work goes unnoticed. 7.Poor team management/Micromanagement:- Poor team management and micromanagement are significant issues within the organization. Team members are often not treated equally or respectfully, negatively impacting morale and collaboration. Tasks are frequently assigned at the end of the day, just before leaving for home, which creates challenges for employees trying to meet last-minute demands. 8. Lack of communication: The issues outlined above persist because management seems unconcerned and often unaware of them, relying on mediators who may be part of the problem. Employees are hesitant to voice their concerns due to fear of backlash, which contributes to turnover. I urge management to take this negative feedback seriously.
