Deputy Manager in admin team is not supportive at all. He is very judgemental, biased and just pin points a single person in front of the entire team which is very humiliating. He does not know anything on the process front but shows like he is the owner of the process. Everytime he just tries to please girls in the team which is kind of creating bad culture...

So there are too many reason not to like about the company 1. Management (SM, M, DM) in HRSS act like company boss where he can make any one out of the company if he doesn't like you 2. During FNF they can charge you any amount without telling you and nobody is there to support you.. .. 13 . Company can force you anytime to put resign and you have to do it..
