Unachievable targets are set and there is constant pressure to work and managers openly tell if you are not able to complete work go and do it in home. Not a single person is happy in this organization ,Either people are looking for another job or on resignation and management is not looking at the cause of this. Poor Management - management lacks direction and fails to communicate transparently with employees. HR brings new rules case to case basis . Few senior managers are extremely humiliating in their approach . Leaders of the organization are puppets or walk on crutches of MD. They are running a MNC like a lala ji ki dukaan Worse internal recruitment process - the organisation hires freshers in low money and expects them to deliver quality work . Some people are only chosen for their “English” all other criteria are not applicable . They have tendency to body shop . HR Head , MD and other senior management believes in hiring low talent and firing them when they don’t perform . Selection process is very poor, they only need to fill empty seats . They bring people with zero talent and expects managers and SME to train them within 2 months and become productive . Please do not join AMH...Read More

Terrible management in TA. the people in management has made an echo chamber. People in team who are managers and senior managers such as shivang, sunayna, samridhi, suparna, vikram, pinki, richa, archana, etc, etc are pathetic people to go and speak to. They know each other from previous org. All of them do. They torture employees and make them do their work as well. No positive work environment is present here. Everyone is almost on resign or planning to do so. They bring freshers with less salary thinking they can match the expertise. They don't make clear division in work and authority. So there are too many reason not to like about the company 1. Management (SM, M, DM) in HRSS act like company boss where he can make any one out of the company if he doesn't like you 2. Working more than 9hrs is common and you will not be appreciated for it 3. He will try to find mistake and email you but never revert on the mailwhich is received by client. 4. No promotion policy 5. He loves to do.. Backbiting and force to tell you gossip that are done in team. 6. Favouritism and politics in the blood. 7.Management doesn't take feedback positively and rather they plan up how they can make your life hell. 8. People are suffering just because lack of job. 9 . You are force to work on different profile (like calling) even after joining as separate domain 10. They do the promotion but just for the close one.. Even in 6 months. 11. If incase laptop stop working or screen got crashed then they will charge from you as they consider that it's us fault. 12. During FNF they can charge you any amount without telling you and nobody is there to support you.. .. 13 . Company can force you anytime to put resign and you have to do it..
