If you have not started your career with the company then they don't consider you as a loyal employee of the company(After two years my manager says that you are new here). Politics and displacement of ego by the infantry managers (who just became managers due to attrition) Reject the offer right away during probation if you are assigned to the AT&T account. No chance of upskilling and implementation of new technologies AT ALL. They just need Yes men. The crowd is not innovative, exciting and the talksare never inspirational. Never hope for onsite opportunities here. Toxic environment. Appreciation is given as a favour. Not to mention, free food is oily, smelly and very bad for health. No attention towards mental health in wfh times. The HR department is disrespectful. The list goes on and on....Read More
