All is good. Compensation structure is good. It should be more as per market standards. But they have good salary structure and they give alot beyond your fixed salary. Every year they reward some percentage of your annual CTC as Gratitude.

Dislikes

If you get into wrong project your life can be very disturbing. There won't be any work life balance. You'll need to work even on weekends and that too more than 12 to 14 hours everyday. These things only happens if and only if you get into wrong project or any legacy project.
