Excellent work culture, work environment especially the managers are very supportive and helpful and understanding. Employees are kept at the center of all the activities and taken well care of. Apart from this, there is hybrid WFO allowing flexibility to WFO/WFH, well managed cafeteria services, transportation is splendid at Amdocs.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
