Dislikes

The learning curve may be challenging, and additional personal effort may be required. As a QA, some projects may involve more manual testing than automation, even if the role is for automation. Be prepared for this possibility. Salary increases depend on the manager, and internal politics may affect your experience. Ensure you are well-prepared and ready for potential challenges.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
