Job security is zero. Management doesn't adress our issues. Work environment is very bad. No transperancy in payment.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. job security , work culture, management, company policies all are good. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds , and we work happily in collaboration. i also like the employee re hire policy.

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Also , there is no on -job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step -by -step, which is a pain sometimes.
