Policies are too good as convenient for the management, HR career is good he/ she has a chance to became tough to the employees. Manager's are always obey to their higher authorities, salaries and promotions are indirectly proportional to employee productivity and quality. Good relationship with manager's made you good position in team irrespective of knowledge which I liked alot in this company.

Dislikes

There is no proper enquiry about employee problem in team, decision were made based on the input/output method. Actually management people are know eachother atleast 10 years before, maybe all are come from same college so it became more problem for new employee survival in the team. Over relationship made flaws in the production and company income. Due to this relationship there is a lack of professional ethics so many failure product of managers has been created by this department.
