I was working in Bbabel Restaurant in Bahrain, in lockdown time thei transfer me in warehouse as helper, their I show my skill after they make me Fleet Supervisor for Receiving department. Then I asked in HR to give me Visa for Supervisor directly they tell me know, in this time because of Corona they tell me to stay at home, when Icame back on duty they asked for sick leave paper, but company tell me to stay at hone so from where I can give sick leave paper. On this basis they tell me to give resignation. But I want to work with M.H Alshaya company so I visit HR office several time but they didn't help me in this. It's not my fault I don't want to leave company still now also sometime I go their to talk regarding this. But HR inform me company noneed me now. Management is not so good, many people resign from the team due to new management, before it was people centric but due to changes from the last year it becomes very difficult to work over there. Salary compensation is not upto the mark.

salary and benefits. company always taking care the employee. what ever the staff needed company always provided what they need. so if i have a chance to work again in this company will grab again the opportunity.

the management in Logistics Warehouse in Riyadh. specially Asick, Shabeer, and Suraj.... they don't care the situation of their staff under them. how many times we escalate to them our situation in our team. but there is no solution from them. if our team did a great job the credit are fort them only. but if we did a mistake they are always blaming us.... if we try to explain to them the issue why we make mistake instead they listen and give any solution. they don't care... they need only are good result... i worked before in restaurant under Alshaya Group also. and my experienced there is different. our worked is under pressured because of the customer but because we are working together as one team and we supporting each other including the high management. the operation working smoothly and organized. but in logistics under in our team we didn't feel the support from our superior.... i am passionate and hardworking, if i have chance to work again in Logistics Alshaya. i wll not under Asick, Shabeer and Suraj.........Read More
